Customer has the right to return the goods, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days.
The return period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and the designated Customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of return, the Customer is required to inform Desiderio N° 1 of the decision by means of an explicit declaration sent to the contacts indicated ion our contacts section.
To meet the return&refund deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of Return before the14 days period has expired.
Please note that returns will be only accepted if the item arrives in brand new condition, we will not accept returns if opened bottles/packages or damaged goods.
The Customer will be reimbursed for the payments he has made to Desiderio N° 1 for the returned goods, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs deriving from the possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which Desiderio N° 1 is informed of the Customer’s decision to return the goods.
These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement.
The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the Customer demonstrates that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
The deadline is met if the Customer sends back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
Damaged or used products, even if only partially, are not replaced or reimbursed.
